General terms and conditions

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:

  • FetchaPatch: The Seller,
  • Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with FetchaPatch
  • Product: the item offered by FetchaPatch

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between FetchaPatch and the customer.

3. Offers and Prices

  • All offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Price changes are subject to change

4. Establishment of Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer has placed the order and FetchaPatch has confirmed it by e-mail.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify FetchaPatch.

6. Returns

  • Products must be returned unused and in original packaging
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
  • If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

7. Leverage

  • Delivery times are indicative
  • Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer
  • Shipping costs are stated before placing the order

8. Payment

  • Payment must be made via the payment methods offered
  • In case of non-payment, FetchaPatch reserves the right to cancel the order.

9. Warranty and Conformity

FetchaPatch guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only. No guarantee of exact colors/results.

10. Liability

FetchaPatch is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

The products are intended to support well-being and not to replace medical advice.

Use at your own risk. FetchaPatch makes no medical claims and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or cure.

11. Privacy

FetchaPatch respects customer privacy and complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

12. Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be submitted by email. FetchaPatch aims to handle complaints within 14 days.

13. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Changes

FetchaPatch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the website.
